Speck Bar & Grill on Ledig Erf 10 was an interior design gem compared to none. The interior of the place was carefully thought of to the utmost detail combining modern high end restaurant furniture with luxurious slaughterhouse details. In her opinion this restaurant served the best steaks in Utrecht, perhaps because of the dry-aged meat concept and bio ingredients. Her favorite was Runderlende with grilled vegetables but the thin fries are surely hard to resist. The only disadvantage is that this restaurant does not accept reservations and considering its popularity, it is sometimes difficult to get a table and waiting times can be also longer.
